ByrneWallace opens its new 100,000 sq. ft. headquarters in 2 Grand Canal Square

Monday, 21 June 2010

Leading law firm Byrne Wallace today opens its new 100,000 sq ft. headquarters in Grand Canal Square in Dublin’s South Docks next door to the new Grand Canal Theatre.  The move is one of the largest office lettings this year.  The development was built by Joe O’Reilly’s Chartered Land and designed by world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind.

Managing Partner, Paul McGennis, said that the firm was very positive about business growth for the coming years; “clearly the economy is suffering significant pressures at present but this move reflects our strong optimism about the outlook for the economy going forward and the role this firm will play in that expanding economy.”  This move underpins the continued expansion of the firm through the next decade.
