ByrneWallace presents at US investment conference

Dennis Agnew, Corporate Partner & Head of our New York office, presented at major foreign direct investment conference held by the World Trade Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The conference, entitled 'Ireland as a platform for European Expansion', was attended by US companies considering international expansion. The conference featured speakers from the Irish government and experts in Irish law, taxation and company set-up. The keynote address was given by Brian Packer, the Managing Director of ByrneWallace client, Zagg International Inc. which opened a major operation in Shannon in 2011. Mr Packer spoke favourably of Zagg’s experiences in Ireland and praised the “business friendly and pragmatic environment”.
