The latest in this series of presentations to the members of the Licensing Executives Society of Britain and Ireland today, Friday 11th December 2009, took place in the offices of BCM Hanby Wallace. Caoimhe Daly, Associate, BCM Hanby Wallace, gave an overview of the various legal issues that arise for consideration in the context of collaborative research and how to form successful alliances.
