Percana secures major outsourcing contract with Top 10 UK life assurer

Irish software outsourcing and consultancy firm, Percana Group, has secured a major business process outsourcing deal with the Pearl Group. The Pearl Group encompasses Scottish Mutual International Limited and Phoenix Ireland (previously Scottish Provident Ireland) and is one of the UK’s Top 10 life assurers. The 11 year contract will result in Percana handling the front and backend office administration of Pearl's life and pensions business in Ireland and all call centre support queries.

This new contract effectively doubles the size of the Percana Group as approximately 110 Pearl employees will now transfer to Percana. Further growth is also on the cards for Percana as the firm expects to hire up to 50 additional staff to cater for possible future contracts.
