Deirdre advises on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings and joint venture arrangements, as well as corporate governance and general corporate issues. 

Key transaction experience

  • Advised Imperative Energy Limited, an Irish based supplier of bioenergy solutions to clients in the UK and Ireland, on fundraising of up to €30m through entities associated with Englefield Capital.
  • Advised Dublin-based data quality software company Clavis Technology on its €2.1 million funding round, led by Delta Partners and Scottish Equity Partners.
  • Advised NASDAQ listed Nektar Therapeutics, Inc. in connection with the disposal of its Irish operations to an MBO vehicle.
  • Advised Adaptive Mobile Security in connection with its €6million funding round with Nobel Venture Finance, Intel Capital Corporation, Doughty Hanson and Noor
  • Advised the shareholders of Lecayla Technologies Limited on the sale of the company to Opsource Inc
