Partner and Head of the firm's Banking and Financial Services department, Eileen's background is in commercial and corporate law. She now advises both lending institutions and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending, development finance, structured finance and debt restructuring, refinance and workouts. Working alongside our Insolvency specialists, she has significant recent experience of reviewing and perfecting security prior to enforcement.

  • Advising a lending institution on the financing of several wind farms.
  • Advising in relation to the provision of finance for several shopping centres.
  • Advising lending institutions on provision of finance for the purchase of companies.
