Enda Newton - Partner
A Partner in the Firm's Corporate Department, Enda advises on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings and joint venture arrangements. Enda is a member of the Firm's Capital Markets Group and has extensive experience in capital markets transactions (including IPOs, public company acquisitions and secondary offerings). Enda is also a member of the Corporate Governance and Regulatory Investigations Group.

- Advised First Derivatives plc in connection with the acquisition of the business and assets of Cognotec (Holdings) Limited (in receivership).
- Advised Ultralase Acquisitions Limited in connection with the acquisition of SMW Laser Limited and KPW Laser Limited (both in examinership).
- Advised Green Belt Limited in connection with the €30 million investment by Rockfield Energy LLP in Imperative Energy Limited.
- Advised Merrion Pharmaceuticals plc on its flotation on the Irish Enterprise Exchange and subsequent equity fundraisings.
- Advised Hemcon Medical Technologies Inc. on the acquisition of AIM listed Alltracel Pharmaceuticals plc by court sanctioned scheme of arrangement.
- Advised NASDAQ listed Nektar Therapeutics, Inc. in connection with the disposal of its Irish operations to an MBO vehicle.
