Feargal Brennan - Partner
Feargal is a Partner in the Corporate Department where he leads the mergers and acquisitions and private equity/venture capital team. He is also a member of the firm's Green Economy and the Corporate Governance and Regulatory Investigations Groups. He has previously been a member of the firm's Executive Management Committee. Feargal provides advisory and transactional advice to a wide variety of clients across an array of business sectors and has over 15 years experience in advising on equity transactions.

- Advising PH McCarthy Engineers in sale to White Young Green PLC
- Advising Combined Energy Solutions in CHP project agreements
- Advised Moritz group on a number of corporate transactions including the acquisition of the O' Mahoney Hardware Group and the C & D Providers Group, and investment in Digiweb.
- Advised Bank of Scotland in multiple investment transactions from initial investment to exit.
- Advised Adaptive Mobile in mulitple investments from Intel and Doughty Hanson private equity.
- Advising 123.ie in a number of corporate matters.
Qualifications
- Honours graduate in law, University College Dublin where he attained a BCL (Int.) degree (which included a year long attendance at De Paul Law School, Chicago Illinois USA)
- Diploma in European Law

- Member of the Tax and Law Committee of the European Venture Capital Association
- He was previously a member of the Irish Venture Capital Association's committee on the preparation of standard form investment agreements
