James Moran - Consultant
Jim Moran previously worked as in house counsel with ICC Bank plc, now Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited. During his time in ICC Bank and for many years thereafter, he was primarily involved in advising on bank lending, property and corporate finance transactions and insolvency. In recent years, Jim has specialised in the area of commercial and residential property development and planning law.

- Drafting all relevant scheme documentation including Contracts for Sale/Building Agreements, Scheme Leases/Deeds of Assurance, Grants of Easements, Infrastructural Agreements and Property Co-Ownership documentation
- Advising on commercial and development agreements
- Advising on public procurement
- Advising on the acquisition and development of hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
