Julian Bostridge - Partner
A partner in the firm's Residential Property department, Julian joined the firm in 2002. Julian has been the lead solicitor in a number of major transactions and has considerable experience in dealing with property development related matters. His experience includes the sale and acquisition of high worth developed and undeveloped property for values of several hundred million, advising significant property development companies at board level as well as generally advising on schemes of development, planning, stamp duty, part v social and affordable housing requirements and banking requirements.

- Lead solicitor acting for the developers of the Fatima Mansion regeneration project.
- Acting for the purchaser of a site in South County Dublin for €158m.
- Acting for the purchaser of a commercial premises in Ballsbridge Dublin 4 for €54m.
- Acting with corporate commercial colleagues within the Firm for the purchaser of a property development company for €100m.
- Acting for a major property development company in loan restructuring worth €340m.
