Louise joined the firm in 2004 and became partner in the firm's Commercial Property department in 2008. Much of Louise's work in recent years has focused on mixed use developments with particular focus on commercial leasing of both retail and office premises, dealing with issues from site acquisition to financing and letting, as well as advising asset managers of large schemes of development. Louise lectures to the Law Society's Continuing Professional Development and Commercial Diploma programmes.

Key transaction experience

  • Acted for the owners of the Dundrum Town Centre project, incorporating Ireland's largest shopping centre (opened in 2005) with regard to retail lettings and asset management.
  • Acted for the owners of Dundrum South project, incorporating office retail lettings.
  • Acted for the owners of the mixed-use South King Street Centre development (opened 2008) in connection with title matters and office lettings.
  • Acted on the Athlone Town Centre project, incorporating the largest shopping centre outside the Dublin region (opened 2007), involving title assembly and registration and retail lettings.
