Mary Dunne - Partner
Mary is one of the most experienced Projects lawyers in Ireland with particular experience in PPPs. Mary drafted the Template PPP contract for Ireland and its equivalent, Standardisation of PFI Contracts, in Northern Ireland. Mary is currently assisting several EU Accession countries to draft their PPP and Procurement laws. Mary spent time on secondment to the Strategic Investment Board in Northern Ireland and was Head of Legal at the NDFA.

- Pilot Schools PPP Bundle for Barclays, the senior funder
- Cork School of Music for Barclays, the senior funder
- Cork Municipal Waste Recovery Facility PPP Project for Cork City and County Councils from 2000 to 2005
- Invest NI Office Headquarters PPP Project in Belfast for the Strategic Investment Board
- Water and Waste Water PPP projects in Northern Ireland for a bidder and for the Strategic Investment Board
