Michael Kennedy - Partner
Michael Kennedy was educated at University College Dublin (BCL). He has practised exclusively in the area of employment and administrative law since qualifying as a solicitor in 1987. Michael advises a wide range of clients including corporations, public bodies, professional organisations and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious issues. He is Secretary of the Irish Society for Labour Law and is a member of the Law Society’s Employment and Equality Committee. He has lectured widely on employment law issues and is a regular speaker on the Law Society’s Continuing Legal Education programme while he has also addressed the Irish Centre for Commercial Law Studies. He is a contributor to Practical Employment Law published by Thomson Round Hall and a co-author of the Law Society’s Employment Law manual (published by Oxford University Press, 2003).
