Orlaith McCarthy - Consultant
Orlaith has been with the firm since 1986 and now acts as a consultant to the Private Client Department. Her practice areas are residential conveyancing, family law and landlord and tenant matters. Orlaith advises clients on all areas of family law including divorce, judicial separation and non-marital cases in the Circuit Court and the High Court, where substantial assets are involved. Orlaith is also trained in the developing practice of Collaborative Law and acts for clients who wish to negotiate divorce or separation on an uncontested basis. She is also a former consultant to the Law Society on conveyancing law.
