Ronan Egan - Partner
A partner in the firm's property department, Ronan specialises in residential and commercial property. Ronan has advised a wide variety of property developers on the acquisition and development of schemes for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Ronan also acts and advises in Landlord and Tenant matters including the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases. In recent years, Ronan has acted in Public Sector property-related matters, including the acquisition and disposal of sites/properties; the negotiation and finalisation of agreements for lease, leases and licences; the drafting and negotiation of documents for the development of public use facilities on various sites; the securing of grant funding made available to voluntary organisations in various instances and general Landlord and Tenant advices.
