Sandra Masterson-Power - Associate
Sandra has extensive experience in all aspects of contentious and non contentious employment law, acting for both employer and employee in public and private sector organisations. Sandra has significant experience in reviewing and analysing legislation with a strong emphasis on the practical application of the legislation and has advised extensively in the area of administration law. Sandra has a particular interest in the area of mediation and took a sabbatical from practice as a solicitor in order to pursue the MA Mediation and Conflict Resolution at UCD from September 2006. Following completion of the MA in June 2007, Sandra practised for a short time as a mediator and was internal examiner for mediation in the Law School at the Law Society of Ireland, as well as delivering lectures on the subject to various groups. Sandra returned to practice as a solicitor in February 2009 where she is combining her employment law practice with her interest and qualification in mediation. She is a certified Mediation Practitioner with the Mediators Institute of Ireland.
