Sean Wallace - Partner
Sean is a corporate practitioner and Head of the firm’s Green Economy Group. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, advising on public and private capital fundraisings, M&A transactions and project financing, with particular focus on the cleantech and renewable energy sectors. He also advises on commercial licensing, development and joint venture transactions, both domestic and international, for clients in these sectors.
Educated and qualified in New Zealand, Sean has practised in Ireland since 1997, joining the firm as a partner in 2001. He is qualified also in England & Wales. Sean lectures regularly to the profession and industry (including MBA programmes) and is the author of Irish Commercial Precedents (Thomson Roundhall). Sean is a member of the firm’s executive management.

- Avoca Capital – advising on corporate structuring, capital raisings, and fund establishment.
