Tom Byrne - Partner
A partner in the firm's property department, Tom specialises in commercial property transactions. His expertise includes advising clients in connection with the sale and acquisition of development lands, purchase and sale of licensed premises, retail premises and industrial premises. He also advises extensively in Landlord and Tenant matters including the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases.

- Acted for the Bank of Ireland in the sale and leaseback of 29 bank branches.
- Advised on the PPP type joint development at Prospect Hill, Finglas between Dublin City Council and McCabe Builders Limited.
- Acted for Coolbrook Developments Limited in connection with the acquisition and subsequent redevelopment of property at Burlington Road, Dublin 4 now known as Burlington Plaza.
- Acted for P Clarke & Sons Limited in relation to the property aspects of a PPP project in Monaghan with Monaghan Town Council.
- Acted for Ellen Construction Limited in the acquisition of the site at East Road, East Wall, Dublin 3, now known as Island Quay.
