Advising major property development firm on the installation and operating contract for a CHP facility at one of Ireland’s largest retail developments, including associated regulatory applications and consents.
Advising Aughinish Alumina on the procurement of the largest combined heat and power plant in Ireland.
Advising on a joint venture agreement regarding utilisation of an award of excise duty relief on the supply of Bioethanol under the terms of the Biofuels MOT Relief Scheme II.
