ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have acted for Circle Voluntary Housing Association (Circle VHA) in their recent purchase of a block of 38 apartments at Aderrig Square in Adamstown in Lucan, funded by the Credit Union Approved Housing Body Fund in its first lending transaction. Tenancy has already begun at the homes, which are comprised of 19 one-bedroom and 19 two-bedroom apartments. The Aderrig Square project is the result of a partnership between Circle VHA, the developer Quintain and South Dublin City Council, and represents Circle VHA’s inaugural project with Quintain.
