The ByrneWallace LLP Dispute Resolution and Investigations team is one of the largest dispute resolution and investigation teams in Ireland. We advise a broad range of private, semi-state and public sector clients on strategically important and organisationally critical mandates. We are market leaders for contentious public sector advices and mandates.

What makes us unique is the range of industry sector-specific and specialist knowledge which we have developed in our practice offering. Our work involves strategic mandates for the public sector, as well as property and procurement litigation, corporate disputes, intellectual property litigation, financial services disputes, data breaches and regulatory investigations, corporate crime and judicial review. We regularly act in high-profile, high-value litigation in the Commercial Court of the High Court on behalf of private clients.

If you have 1-6 years relevant PQE from a top or mid-tier law firm, or you have an interesting in-house role, or if you’re returning to Ireland then we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for agile and adaptable candidates that have both contentious and advisory experience who can handle working a varied and/or complex workload at Solicitor and Associate level. Candidates should also have a strong academic track record.

  • Management of the client relationship.
