ByrneWallace LLP advises on 7 of the deals nominated for Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards 2024

ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have advised on 7 of the transactions nominated for this year’s Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards 2024. 

Presented annually, the Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards recognise the best in class Irish corporate finance transactions and the leading deal makers and professional services firms that advised upon them. This year over 220 deals, which were completed during 2023, were nominated across five award categories – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A); Debt Capital Markets; Equity Capital Markets; Loans & Financing, and Financial Services. 

The nominated deals, which ByrneWallace LLP advised on, include 6 transactions under the category of M&A and 1 transaction under Loans & Financing: 

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):  

• Azets acquisition of Baker Tilly Ireland
• Boojum acquired by Azzurri Group 
• Mail Metrics acquisition of Docket & Form International Limited 
• Toga Freight Limited MBO
• Melior Equity Partners’ investment in NRG Panel Ireland
• Select Technology Group acquisition of DID Electrical 
  

Loans & Financing: 

• Neuromod Devices Limited Credit Facility of €15 million
