ByrneWallace LLP and ByrneWallace Tax Advisors Limited acted for German fund PATRIZIA in the purchase of the 72 residential units and 2 commercial units forming part of the Benson Building, Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin’s South Docklands. The transaction closed in July 2022. The scheme is part of a mixed use development recently completed by Targeted Investment Opportunities, including two large blocks and a public park. The deal price was in excess of €50 million.
