ByrneWallace LLP is delighted to have advised Ireland’s leading Apple Premium Reseller Select Technology Group on the acquisition of a household Irish brand name, an electrical appliances retail chain, DID Electrical.

Select Technology Group is Ireland’s leading Apple Premium Reseller with retail locations in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway. DID Electrical has a strong 60-year history, delivering a wide range of electrical appliances for the domestic and business markets at the most competitive prices.

This deal is subject to CCPC regulatory approval. This agreement will combine two leading Irish businesses with the aim of continued growth and expansions across Ireland.
