ByrneWallace LLP, in partnership with Dublin Chamber, are hosting a webinar entitled "Reopening for Business: Navigating the post Covid workplace" on Wednesday, 23 June at 12-1pm (IST).

As the easing of Covid restrictions continues with the gradual reopening of the economy, this panel discussion will examine how businesses can prepare for and effectively manage the great return to the workplace.  

Partners Michael Kennedy and Michelle Ní Longáin, and consultant Rhona Murphy from the ByrneWallace LLP Employment Law Team will discuss the legal and practical issues which businesses need to consider before welcoming staff back to the workplace. With working life having changed significantly due the emergency response to the pandemic, they will address the impact on the workplace environment, the key challenges employers now face in navigating new forms of working such as remote and hybrid workforces, dealing with potential vaccination refusal and the right to disconnect.   

The panel will also include David Fox, Managing Director of Sodexo, who will discuss his company’s experiences of workplace reopenings, sharing insights on some of the practical operational issues to be considered and the impact on employee experience.
