UPCOMING EVENT - Generative AI and your Business - Safe Use and Mitigating Risks

Tuesday, 12 March 2024

WHEN: Wednesday, 24 April 2024

TIME: 8.00am - 9.30am

WHERE: ByrneWallace LLP, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.

ABOUT THIS EVENT:

Generative AI – everybody is talking about it. Many of us are already using it (though we may not know it!). The product on everyone’s lips is ChatGPT but there are many others.

It can bring great benefits but it is not without its risks (GDPR and IP breaches, and fake news are common examples).

So how can you get the upside and limit the downside? Hopefully, we can enlighten you.

On Wednesday, 24 April, Victor Timon Head of the ByrneWallace LLP Technology Group will be joined by John Clancy, CEO of Galvia, and Elaine Burke, journalist and host of the podcast For Tech’s Sake, to discuss the implications of Generative AI for businesses. They will explain the nuances of Generative AI, examine the key risks and how to mitigate them. They will also outline what should be in your own business’s AI Policy and why you need one.

With the EU AI Act coming in April 2024, being prepared and informed about Generative AI is more important than ever.
